We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at support@truenorth.store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns need to be initiated within the 30 day window from when your order was placed.
At TrueNorth, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 60 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.
All products purchased through the TrueNorth website (excluding wholesale orders and items purchased during a sale) carry a 60-day money back guarantee. The first subscription order qualifies for the guarantee but any subsequent recurring orders do not.
Note: all items purchased on sale are final. Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

Provide feedback regarding your return request
Mail the product in question back to us with your name and order number included. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your product, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
We can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our product through a retailer or another third party location, please go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. Our products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children.
Please see our Shipping Policy if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipment.
It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order).
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on order volume and other factors.
Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service

Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2-day expedited service
TrueNorth does not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames. We do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times. If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day.

**The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package so we can expedite your refund.
Once we receive a return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment provider.
Any products returned after 30 days from the order date are no longer eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Products may be returned after 30 days, but no later than 60 days after the order date for a refund in the form of store credit.
If you purchased the wrong product, we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened bottle.
The products eligible for exchange must be unopened/unused in order for the exchange to be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges for smokable products. If you have any questions about products not eligible for exchange, please contact support@truenorth.store for more information.
To exchange an item, please follow the directions below:
Contact support@truenorth.store with your full name, order number, and the email address the order was placed under (if different from your contact email) and let us know you’d like to make an exchange. Please be sure that you have read and understood our exchange policy before initiating your exchange. If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your message.
Package your return item for exchange in the TrueNorth product box and original shipment packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Print the prepaid return label we provide to your email and mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We will ship out the new product and provide a tracking number once we see that the original item is in-transit. Depending on the price of the new product, we will either issue you a store credit if it is less than the original, or we will charge you the difference in price if the new product is more than the original.
